Welcome to the 215 Student Ministries website. We are the High School Youth Group from Lima Baptist Temple located in Lima, OH. We get our name from Philippians 2:15 which says, "That you may become blameless and harmless, children of God without fault in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world."

Get Your Truth On!

The culture of the day suggests that there are no absolutes, that truth is relative, that decisions can be made according to how you feel at the moment. In John 17:17, Jesus prayed to God the Father, "Sanctify them by Your truth. Your word is truth." To sanctify something is to set it apart. Sanctification is being set apart from sin to God as we live in accordance with the Holy Spirit working in us to make us more like Christ. It is accomplished by the truths of God's Word.

The standard that followers of Christ are to abide by is the absolute truth of the written word of God. 2 Timothy 3:16,17 says, "All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work."
